What a crazy three months it’s been, since Yoga teacher training, back and forth to New York two times, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s! WOW! Well, for those of you keeping track, for the short term, I will be teaching at Queen City Ballet (located at 6 w. Lawrence st – right around the corner from Gold Bar on Last Chance Gulch) on Sunday’s at 4pm with a possible 6pm class addition as well. Please take advantage of the New Year special and try class this Sunday (Jan 9th) for only FIVE DOLLARS! 90 Minutes of the best workout ever! Bring a mat, towel, water, and a great attitude, and be ready to SWEAT! C’mon….try it
